A year review is a great way to practice mindfulness. It allows you to take a pause, and reflect on all the small and big moments that happened within the past year.

Ending and starting the year can be overwhelming. Another year is gone and you are nowhere near accomplishing that goal. Where did the time go and what have you done?

What’s worse is, you don’t know how to do it differently in the new year. You have tried the vision board and it didn’t give you the structure you needed to breakdown your goals and reflect on where may have gone wrong.

Are you having difficulty thinking of prompts to get your reflection started? Do you feel overwhelmed when you start thinking about everything that's happened in 2019?

Let us help you start the new year off right!

If you want the next year to be different, but you don’t know where to start, let be Morr help! Check out our guided chart to help you reflect on your habits, and see in a structured way what you indeed accomplished and what you still need to work on.

This guided chart is very easy to use, fun and will take as much time as you want to commit to it. You can print it or save it on your phone, so you can look back on it to help keep you accountable.

Happy planning!
