My mission is to provide a safe place where you don’t have to be anyone but yourself. An environment that gives you space to talk about difficult life stressors, trauma, and supports your journey in creating more satisfying and healthy relationships with yourself and others. In this space, you can be the you that sometimes goes unnoticed or underappreciated. So please, come as you are because that is more than enough.

You are the master of your own life

I have my bachelors in Psychology and Health. I am currently a counselor in training getting my master’s in Mental Health and Counseling at New York University. I have years of experience working with children and teens of color. I see therapy as a collaborative journey where I use a strength-based perspective to build on the wisdom that an individual already possesses. In our sessions, we will laugh, cry, and grow. Please note that you are the master of your own life, and it’s my pleasure to support you in your journey. I know that no two clients are the same, and I will use a mix of different approaches to meet your needs. Modalities I am mainly use are cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.

More About Me

Simple Pleasures: I enjoy singing, and dancing. A great stress reliever for me is long walks and going to the gym. 

Not so fun fact:I love to travel, try new foods and create content.
