Join SHE Rises, a supporting and a safe space for women of color seeking to enhance their coping skills and build self-esteem.

SHE Rises is a 6-week group therapy program combining the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), and the unique experiences of women of color.

What past participants are saying

" I noticed that my mental health space robbed me of my vision. My vision of my life. The group affirmed what I needed, and I feel like I am entering a stage of hermit mode for a good reason."

"I've learned to speak words of affirmation and life into myself. I can offset my negative thoughts. I also learned there is healing in community and how important this space is for us [WOC]."

"I learned what it is and what it's not [life]. I can choose now what is best for me and learn to say no to what doesn't."
