Do you find yourself constantly overthinking- mind always running, planning, worrying? Do you struggle with feeling like enough, or wonder if you're too much, yearning for a place where you can just be? Maybe you've been putting everyone else first and running on empty as a result.

You don't have to figure this out alone. I know that beginning this journey can be very daunting, but together we can create a safe space where self-exploration seems a little less scary and where every part of you is welcomed.

It can be hard to find a space where all of who you are is truly seen and affirmed. That's especially true for women and queer folks of color. I hold space for the real weight of that experience, and I show up ready to meet you exactly as you are. No part of your identity needs to be figured out or explained to belong here.

I'm passionate about helping you quiet the voice that whispers "I'm not good enough" or "Am I worthy of love?" You may want growth and change, and I want that for you too. But, I also want you to know that every version of you, right now, is already worthy of compassion.

In this space, you will be met with an abundance of warmth, curiosity, and patience. Healing takes time, and we will honor your journey… whatever it looks like. Together, we'll explore the thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve you, getting to the root of them with understanding rather than judgment or shame. We'll work toward building the self-love and compassion you deserve, learning what it truly means to honor your own needs, and moving forward, together.

You deserve to be accepted at every stage. Schedule a free consultation here, and let’s begin.

I believe that understanding who you are means understanding the world you move through. How your identities shape your experiences, and how those experiences have shaped you.

In our sessions, I will meet you where you are. I understand that some days are better than others, and we will hold space for that during our time together. Building a safe and warm environment is my main goal, so we can move at your own pace and comfort level. I draw from feminist, psychodynamic, strength-based, and somatic frameworks.

We'll explore your story together, working to unlearn the limiting beliefs that have kept you small. Through Mindfulness, we will strive to help you feel more connected to your body and less in your head. Every session will be catered to what you need in the moment. Come as you are.

More About Me

Simple pleasure: Cuddling with my kitty, calling my mom after a long day, wading in creeks, strawberry cream, and rewatching the same TV shows (I’ve rewatched Gilmore Girls at least seven times)!

Favorite quote: “When I dare to be powerful, to use my strength in the service of my vision, then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid.” ― Audre Lorde

Not-so-fun fact: I have kept every birthday card that has been given to me. My friends say I’m collecting junk, but I say I’m just sentimental!
